Christmas Eve

Spending a quiet evening at home with David and the cats. Tommorrow the family will all get together in the evening and we will celebrate. It feels very different this year.

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas.

Yes, the snow squalls have begun and the windchill is settling in.......Brrrrrrr. These are the kind of days where one should just stay inside!! Today we've been trying to create the spirit of the season with Christmas music and indoor decorations. We got our tree up and in place with all the lights on. Tommorrow I will work on decorations. The outside lights will have to wait untill the wind isn't so chilly.
We had to take our one little "furrygirl" (Chloe) to the vet today....she's been coughing for 2 weeks now, and it doesn't seem to be going away. So since she is an older cat we are having the full bloodwork checked on her. Should know by tommorrow if there is anything serious. (We are praying not.) Ofcourse the expense of this was not expected....so once again.....we keep on trusting.
